State PWD Schedule of Rates
Delhi's own PWD does not publish an independent Schedule of Rates. Delhi adopts CPWD's own "Delhi Schedule of Rates" (DSR) directly — a confusing name, since DSR is CPWD's (central government) name for its Delhi-region schedule, not a GNCTD state publication. In other words: there is no separate Delhi state document to look for here — CPWD's rates are Delhi's rates.

Worth knowing before assuming Delhi RERA works exactly like other states' RERAs: it was originally constituted as an interim authority in 2016, with the DDA Vice-Chairman dual-hatted as its head — a structure that has reportedly changed hands more than once since. It's a genuine, official regulator, just not one that started out as a standalone dedicated body the way some other states' RERAs did.
