Delhi Schedule of Rates (DSR): Item Rates
Unit rates for individual items of work. The latest main edition is DSR 2023 (effective 16 October 2023). CPWD lists all its publications on one page; the two PDFs below are copies hosted on a government site.
Plinth Area Rates (PAR): By Year
Per-square-metre construction cost for whole buildings, used for quick estimates. Official PDFs from cpwd.gov.in, most recent first.
